Tags are inconsistent (internally and between here and COLLECTION-Cricket-UI) #87

We are not using consistent tag style.

Do not use upper case "Pre" for pre-releases. Release tags should be:

v3.0.0 (lower case v, no sufffix) for full releases
v3.0.0-pre1, etc. for for pre-releases.

Do not use v3.0.0-Pre1 (upper case) or v3.0.0-1.
