New pages for two new(ish) UA CH headers

This is part of #1458. We need to document the following headers:

• Sec-CH-UA-Form-Factor (Add a Sec-CH-UA-Form-Factor hint WICG/ua-client-hints#338)
• Sec-CH-UA-WoW64 (Fixes #217 - Add a WoW64 boolean hint WICG/ua-client-hints#285)

They are briefly mentioned on https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/NavigatorUAData/getHighEntropyValues, thanks to #30147.
