Using Car Scanner to generate MQTT TX frames

I'm trying to query my Nissan Ariya via MQTT and a WiCAN.

Using the Car Scanner iOS app when looking at live data for the traction battery SoC I see multiple log entries like this...

How do I construct an MQTT TX frame using that log entry from Car Scanner, or am I going in the wrong direction?

I've installed the cs_log_parser and vehicle_profile_editor repos, so if the answer involves using those I'm ready. :)

When you enable ELMDebug in Settings, then the MQTT TX Frame is transmitted too, but I think to a hardcoded Topic.
