Can I upload a linux version?

Hi, I know this may be a dumb question...

Is it possible, to upload linux artifacts for https://www.conan.io/source/Protobuf/3.1.0/a_teammate/stable ?
How is this done?

I think this is the same issue as in gRPC, you simple can't upload things to other user account. The best thing would be to collaborate with the original author so they automate the creation of binaries (travis, appveyor). If not possible, then you can create packages by forking the original package recipe (github), or by conan copy the packages under your own username, then upload.
