Set color for note in sequence diagram

Notes are bright yellow in sequence diagrams and I'd sometimes like to tone them down, for example, to blue-ish.

Some syntax that would allow me to set color, like

Note over Participant {rgb(196, 211, 255)}: This is my note

It's possible to put rect around a note as shown here but that doesn't get rid of the yellow of the note itself.

If you are using a recent version of Mermaid, you can set this color via theme variables either when you integrate mermaid on the site or via a directive:

Thanks, that's great if I want to change styling of all the notes but you cannot have standard yellow ones for most of the notes yet dim / tone down a few of them, right?
