Navbar Interference by Box on Meshery Branding Page When Scrolling down

Description

In the Resources section on the Meshery Branding page, a box containing information about the content of this page appears to interfere with the navbar as we scroll down

Expected Behavior

The box should not interfere with the navbar. This issue is likely due to the z-index of the box
