How are the files in "train_logs/" and "test_logs/" encoded?

Hi, I download the pre-trained models as indicated in the "VinVL_DOWNLOAD.md". When I tried to view the files in "train_logs/" and "test_logs", like the file "events.out.tfevents.1605353916.container-e2250-1602032654055-124610-02-000003", I found it was all error codes. I tried to decode it in gbk or utf-8 and so on, but all failed. So does anyone know how to view the contents of the log file?
