Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The style guidelines for High Quality DSC Resource Module are fully adhered to within the PowerSTIG module. This issue serves as an attempt to ensure that the guidelines are adhered to within existing code. This will also help speed up PRs into the milestone branches without backups due to coding practice inconsistencies.
