[Power Platform communication site template] I got an issue when try installing the site

When running the script, i got below error message. I think it would because I cannot connect to my sharepoint admin site, but I don't know how to get it connected:

Could you please suggest the steps to bypass this error?

I tried with the steps in this document: https://pnp.github.io/powershell/articles/authentication.html
But it's not quite clear what step I need to do, when running the script: Register-PnPManagementShellAccess , I got another error:
