Does this bug already exist in our backlog?

  • I have checked and confirm this is a new bug.

Describe the issue

Dear Team,

I noticed that some of the Flows are missing from some of the environments in the Centre of Excellence > Power Platform Admin View > Environments > Environment X > Resources > Cloud Flows. These Flows were not listed in the Power Platform Admin View > Flows either.

The environment actually has 28 flows, when checked from the Power Platform Admin Portal > Environments > Environment X > Resources. Only 20 were listed in CoE. This is same with another environment which is having 20 flows, but only 14 are listed.

The environments are not excused from inventory.

Please advice on what could be missing so that I could get a full list of resources within Power Platform Admin App.

Thanks,
CN

Expected Behavior

CoE > Power Platform Admin View > Flows > Filter by Environment X > number of Flows should be same as Power Platform Admin Centre > Environments > Environment X > Resources > Flows > number of Flows

4.32.2

What app or flow are you having the issue with?

Hello. Let's get level set to see which direction to explore

Can you please share a screenshot like this so we can see what solutions you have installed in this environment? Be sure to show all records (all rows) and expand the indicated columns so that we can see full names

And also please let us know what region your envt is in as well as its type? This can be found in the product admin pages: https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/

Then see if there are any sync flow errors to investigate.

Thank you. Here are some thoughts:

  1. It looks like you are on the June 2024 release of the kit. I would advice upgrading to the latest release (Nov 2024) as there are some product changes to which we have resolutions in the latest version of the kit.

  2. Not all your inventory flows are on, I suggest you boot the setup wizard and walk through it. You should do this every time you upgrade as it will ensure that all new flows are on, all env vars are filled, etc.

  3. I dont think the above will resolve your specific issue, so what you will need to do is to find the specific cases where you see flows in PPAC but not our reports. There are differences that you will see between the two data sources that are expected (ex we do not store unpublished flows in the kit but they may be in PPAC)

Hi All,

I'm seeing the same behavior - flows are present in the environment, but missing in the CoE. Drive flow appears to have run successfully. CoE is installed in Prod environment, no unmanaged layers, all flows are on and version of the Core Components is 4.45.

Please post a separate bug. These are nearly always configuration issues and so we will need to walk your case with you specifically.
The new person who will triage bugs should be online this week to catch you.
