Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

There is a lot of data on apps and flows that can be used in governance processes, for example clean up of inactive apps & flows. In order for us to build similar processes for agents we need more data on these. The data in the table PVA Bot (admin_pva) contains some information, but not as much as admin_app or admin_flow. This stops us from setting up robust governance processes for agents which is a problem today and will be a growing problem as agent adoption grows.

Describe the solution you'd like

I don't know if it is possible to collect all the corresponding information about agents, but any added data making admin_pva more similar to admin_app and admin_flow would be helpful. For now, I am specifically interested in data that would help get an overview of agent sharing, and set up an inactivity process for agents:

  • Information about sharing (agent shared users, agent shared groups, agent shared with tenant...)
  • Last published on
  • Agent/bot archive request ignored since

Describe alternatives you've considered

Opening each agent weekly to manually review agent sharing
