coe core component 4.17 - power platform admin view

Hi Team

Upgraded to coe core component solution version 4.17 i.e. november 2023 release.

In power platform admin view app under core component solution, I don't see the button to send email to bot makers, flow users and other component as well.

While the same solution version works perfectly in dev and test tenants.

Please find the attached for your reference for the discrepancy. looking forward to hearing from you soon, thanks.
