Does this bug already exist in our backlog?

  • I have checked and confirm this is a new bug.

Describe the issue

We have installed COE in our Tenant. Whenever I tried accessing the "Set App Permission" or "Set Flow Permissions", I am getting the attached error that the app is missing. I have tried upgrading the solution to the lates but still getting the same error. When tried looking up for the app in the Power platform admin view, I couldn't find the app in the list of PowerApps

Expected Behavior

Should be able to access and open the Set App permissions and Set Flow permissions apps fine without any issues

Steps To Reproduce

In the COE - PP Governance Environment,
When i try to access the Set App Permissions and Set Flow permissions app, getting the App not found error
