[CoE Starter Kit - BUG] Some of the flows are missing in inventory from production environments

Last year in December end some of the production flows gets deleted from inventory. Same flows from dev and UAT are showing up in Flows table.
This happened couple of weeks after I turned on the Admin | Sync Template v4 (Driver) flow and turned off the older version Admin | Sync Template v3.

Expected Behavior

List out all the flows from all environments
