Does this bug already exist in our backlog?

  • I have checked and confirm this is a new bug.

Describe the issue

In Power platform admin view [PPAV] app >> in the Connection Identities column when we were walking, we found some of the users having external connections like Gmail and other stuff.
Here we want to know or identify what kind of apps or flows they are connected to?? Is there a way to identify them in such a way so that we can remove them safely with help of COE?
If removal is not possible is there a way to identify where and all those connections are used??

Is there any other way to identify the users who created external connections in the tenant???

I have found some issues from some users trying to use their external connections in some apps/flows (not sure) but we were able to get all these details using the COE PPAV app. So, @Jenefer-Monroe it would be great if you can help me out on this issue.

I want to identify where they are using those connections either apps/flows??
Also is there a way to delete all those connections using the COE???

Thanks

@Neel1KNK reclassifying as question.

Looking generally at the data in the CoE Kit the following custom tables could be of use for your question.

  • Connection References: tracks connection references with fields for app, flow, connector, and creation details. This helps in identifying which apps and flows are using specific connectors.
  • Connection Reference Identity: Stores identities using various connectors to track cross-tenant usage. This includes details about the users and the connectors they are utilizing.
  • Flow Action Details: Tracks flow action details with fields for action type, environment, and metadata. This helps in understanding the specific actions being performed by flows and the environments they are operating in.

Based on the analysis you are trying to achieve I will need to check further if the features exist in the kit for the specific question and use case you have or you would need to customized the data collected to create a process for your organization

Hello @Grant-Archibald-MS
Thanks for your response.
I found the details from the connection identifications in Power Platform Admin View app using different filters.

Now am looking a way to remove them from the tables or the tenant. Is there any automated way that can happen, and also can you please guide me in which of the tables will be these connections exists or where do they lie??
