What is your question?

Hello,
We successfully installed and configured ALM Accelerator for our organization. It works fine most of the time, but we are experiencing a weird intermittent issue. Around once per week, the calls from the ALM Accelerator app to Azure Devops will stop working for a user. When this happens, user has to open Azure Devops in another tab, log on and log back in. The problem occurs at a different day/time for different users.

We do have multifactor authentication enabled, so I am wondering if this could mess up the API calls ? Could be something else of course.

Thanks !

What component are you experiencing the issue with?

Hi @lsavard Due to limited capacity our core focus on the ALM Accelerator is looking at integration with Pipelines for Power platform and native source control integration.

To give context historically we have used the ALM Accelerator for deployment of the CoE Kit to GitHub we are transitioning this process to make greater use of Native Source Control integration and Pipelines as out of the box features rather than using the ALM Accelerator.

Given this we are addressing only a small number of issues related to the ALM Accelerator depending on priority and specifically prioritizing those that as extensions of pipelines. For example

  1. Extension of DevOps pipelines to execute unit and integration tests.
  2. The process to push changes to upstream repositories
  3. The ability to publish a release as a GitHub release
