Message appears to upgrade npx version but unable to do so.

I'm getting this in my screen: info React Native v0.73.7 is now available (your project is running on v0.73.6). I have gone to this website https://react-native-community.github.io/upgrade-helper/?from=0.73.6&to=0.73.7 and inserted the information. See my screenshot.

I updated the package.json file to "react-native": "0.73.7" and the same message appears. Can someone help? I feel like reinstalling my node, yarn, and all other tools again which would be troublesome. What do I do next?

Update: I have to put yarn for every project. Is there an easier way to do this?
