How to add conditional statement in a "profile commandline"?

I am using VirtualBox with ssh to access the virtual machine. Previously, my ssh profile is like

I am trying to add some conditional statement in the profile commandline so that it can check the status of the target virtual machine by the VirtualBoxManage command and start the VM conditionally before ssh to the VM.

However, the above produced error like

[error 2147942402 (0x80070002) when launching `if ( ! ( VBoxManage showvminfo "vm-name" | Select-String "running" )) { VBoxManage startvm "vm-name" }; ssh name@IP']

I also tried wt -w 0 nt { code here }, but still not able to do that.
