Pretty close to making this work but have encountered two issues if I can get help with
If I use the "notify" button in Zendesk to send an update to vsts , it works, the work item is updated in VSTS. But because it is updated (comment added), its sending the same update back to the zendesk ticket.
In a sense it is doing what its meant to, but the zendesk tickets have two same updates.
Attachments - attachments can be added when the intitial request is being crated, but not after that from zendesk
If i can get some help on these that would be great
