Movable POI notes

Today i was doing chromie scenario and i was trying to do notes on this instance map where some key points are (ie: magnataurs). I found that extremely hard because everytime i've done new note it was always not where mouse was pointing at that time so i had to search and guess where my note will appear. And that brought me to some thoughts and ideas what could help in this case. Would it be really hard to make one more option to move existing note by right clicking on it and then choosing "move note" witch allow you moving note freely where you need it without deleting and making new one?

I think instance and scenario reset the maps when you log out. So notes would be pointless, since they are not part of blizzard, they probably would not stay. I may be wrong, will try to see if that is the case over the next couple of days.
