Are you going to provide a means for fraud prevention companies like ours (DeviceForensIQ), that use fingerprinting as a means to passively prevent fraud and not track? I don't see anything that helps in this regard for non first parties.

Hi David, we're certainly interested in supporting this use case and Trust Tokens is one proposal aimed at supporting it. I suspect there is a lot more we can do here as well.
As part of PEARG in the IETF we're documenting use cases for IP addresses including anti-fraud, so if you could join the conversation there I think it would be very helpful.
