При печати левым экструдером как единственным при смене температуры (когда второй и последующий слои в Slic3r печатаются с другой температурой), Slic3r, не зная, что надо менять температуру экструдера 1, меняет температуру экструдера 0 (правого).

Возможно, надо просто сделать правильный конфиг с двумя экструдерами.
