Describe the bug
The field 'created by' has no value for reports generated by the scheduler, We should use the author for the recipe (already stored on each OOI) when generating the reports.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to a generated report (or create one)
  2. Notice an empty line that contains the author

Expected behavior
The name of the user who created the recipe should also be used for generated scheduled reports.
