Investigate how we can perform discovery in the same-network browser case.

Consider the limitations of the web security sandbox. How can a web page running javascript discovery a network service in the same LAN? This may not be readily possible. If it cannot be done or if if can be done only with certain trade-offs then we need to understand this.

The output should be a short white paper on the different methods. The white paper should be in markdown or as a jupyter notebook and committed to GitHub.
