What parts of Modrinth is your feature request related too?

App

Is your suggested feature related to a problem? Please describe.

So we currently run a 1.21.1 Modpack and want to upgrade to 1.21.4 eventually. We can copy the installation and update all mods to 1.21.4 however we cannot see which mods are still on 1.21.1 which makes it difficult to do.

Describe the solution you'd like

I'd like an additional filter to filter by "Outdated Game Version" or something along those lines so it is easily visible which mods are not yet on the version the installation is on.
This could also include mods that are higher than the current version of the installation (so say if a mod is for 1.21.4 but the installation is on 1.21.1) altough a seperate filter for that might be better to avoid confusion.

Describe alternatives you've considered
