The problem is in CertificateManager::readCredentialsFromFile

Commenting in TargetedCertificateManager.cpp this lines:

// if (!chain.empty()) {
// Certificate *chain = readCredentialsFromFile(chainPath, false);
// chainList.push_back(chain);
// }

Starts fine.
