V2 Neo - CRTouch - Bed Leveling Issues

Hey Everyone,

I've learned so much from upgrading my V2 Neo to Professional Firmware. And I love all the Features.
But it seems that the Auto Bed Leveling just doesn't work for me.

I'm wondering if anyone with a Neo is having the same issues / found a solution.
Best I can tell the issue seems to be similar to issue #614 But that is specific to S1 F4 Models.

• Probing / Auto Leveling works fine with Stock Firmware
• My Physical Dimensions are Dialed in Exactly
• My Probe offset is precise
• My Mesh insert is correct (Tried Maximised, Centered & Manually configured)
• I have Enabled/Disabled HS Mode in the Probe
• I have Tried using Z Feed Rate at 960 (and a couple other random speeds)
• Best M48 Probe Test result I got was 0.002077 Deviation
• I have Use 3x3 5x5 and 9x9 Meshes
• I have had the issue on stock Bowden and With Sprite SE Neo Extruder
• I have Tried every Version of Start GCode I can Find (But I am confident the mesh is loading just fine)
• I compiled a non UBL version - it was no different
• I have flashed between stock and pro firmware a couple times to test and confirm

- If I manually tram the bed with paper the tramming wizard says it's off
- If I manually Tram then edit the mesh by dialing in each section - it prints much better

A few questions thoughts:

I've seen Miguel suggest C851 F0 in the forums, and say "The C851 Fxxx correction is specific for each printer/probe/probing settings". But I'm unsure what that code does and the F parameter isn't covered in the custom G-Code Page - Does anyone know?

Could it be my Particular CR Touch that doesn't play nice with Professional Firmware? Could replacing it help? (it does work with stock fine)

Would taking a mesh via the bed visualizer in Octoprint give me any results? (I'm at work and can't try right now) I may take a mesh from Bed Visualizer with Pro Firmware and then with Stock to see what the difference is

Could there be any sort of physical issue with my printer from me messing with it that would effect ABL/UBL in this firmware but not in Stock for some reason?

Do I just accept that if I want to use this firmware I need to manually dial in the mesh every now and then and whenever I change anything on the printer?

Turns out a loose hot end was 90% of my problem - working much better now.
Check the basic stuff people
