Home offsets (M206)

The configurator has an option to enable Home Offsets but it seemingly enables workspace offsets. Shouldn't it be:

NO_WORKSPACE_OFFSETS was used before to disable M206:

HomeOffs.json is an old json and maybe will be removed soon, there is no reason to enable home offsets in the Professional firmware where you have a better control with XY MIN/MAX position, check here: https://github.com/mriscoc/Ender3V2S1/wiki/How-to-set-the-home-offsets
