The detail pane for the tablet UI is missing the user destination

Took a stab at this, does not seem possible to resolve this with how the ListDetailPaneScaffold is being used right now. The detail pane needs to have its own NavHost but I haven't been able to figure out how to make the scaffold navigator mesh with the androidx.navigation NavController.
