Can't download data

Hello,

I choose the language (English), and nothing happens. I wait for some minutes, relaunch the app, try to test and see: "Language is not configured or data has not been downloaded." Android settings show that the app didn't consume any data at all.

Android: 13 stock vendor.
Version: F-Droid.
WiFi and mobile allowed in Android settings.

Edit: enabling download manager didn't help.
