Summary

There are changes to make on the repository to be compatible with Tailwind CSS v4.

I noticed this from #1368.

Motivation

Be up to date. Community feedback isn't super clear yet on this change, but https://www.reddit.com/r/sveltejs/comments/1i7qk52/tailwind_css_v40_released/ seems overall ok, so I wouldn't expect community fragmentation, so it's likely soon clear to move ahead.
