How mumble implements silencing noise under a specific amplitude(silence below)?
I tried silencing all samples under a specific amplitude, the noise is gone but the voice is distorted.
The data is pcm.

I think you will have to write a bit more in order to convey what it is that you want

Note that the screenshot you posted is not about noise suppression. That is a different feature and different setting.

What you posted a screenshot of is voice activation - when it activates transmitting audio and when it disables it again.
