Redis is not particular suitable for long term data storage. A different solution needs to be implemented. I suggest Postgres.

I guess we also have to add additional configurations with setup.py fr the database.

@glaslos I think i made it, can you check my PR, however we will however have to make some arrangements for creating new user and password for postgres.
Please follow the instruction provided along with the PR to make it work, and let me know how to proceed forward.
