Work w/ SAs to define production deployment strategy in AWS

Several items need to be worked out w/ the SA's as we approach deployment of the registry at a production level:

1. • SSL certificate
2. • handling of secrets such as ES user name and password, keystore password, etc
3. • endpoint domain ('no new websites', and related to point update package and documentation after sub-packages updates (harvest, registry) #1

I really need to pay attention to the project I put these under...closing this one and moving it over to registry-api-service

@jimmie there is a transfer issue capability in the bottom right corner of the issue page.

Also, when we close these, we should make sure we add a label of "wontfix" or "duplicate" so our changelogs don't pick it up :-)
