We want PDS engineering node to organize the distribution of the docker images so that they areeasily available for deployment, especially for the registry.

Some docker images are on AWS ECR already.

@ramesh-maddegoda and @jimmie need to look at how we will puslih updated images on ECR (in addition to dockerhub)

deferring this to next build since we do not need for AWS ECR for this build.
