Upgrade to latest for 7 but still showing banner

Describe the bug
I have updated the plugin in NuGet but it is still showing the banner saying it is out of date

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Upgrade in NuGet
2. Still see the upgrade banner

Expected behavior
No Banner is shown

Hey @bensheridanreason I think the cause here is how I determine the latest version (by checking the current release on GitHub). That fails when the latest is a V2 release and you're running v10, or vice versa. In this case it's finding 10.1.1 as the latest release, despite not being available for your Umbraco version.

Might need to rethink how this works...
