The test fetches a file from github and it periodically fails with a rate limit error, perhaps if it is rare we should just de-prioritize this, but is it how we are fetching it? seems, like github shouldn't rate limit anon calls but perhaps the api endpoint has restrictions. another option is to do expo backoff/retry
