voxpupuli/puppet-yum#201 seems to not have any traction.

We are currently leveraging one of the following 2 packages/services to make this work:

dnf-automatic (RHEL >=8)
yum-cron (RHEL <=7)

We disable these services from running automatically and instead call them manually via CRON at a set time.
