Need to sort through options for data source / web service for NOAA Storm Events database:

Evaluated https://cemhs.asu.edu/sheldus, but looks cost prohibitive since it is billed per-event record retrieved. Additionally, it appears does not have event narratives.

Evaluated champ.rcc-acis.org, but it only has data for the northeastern U.S.

Going to keep looking for other research efforts that may have published data cleaning scripts.
