BUG: Robots.txt generate sitemap links even if dimension has no content

What you did

If you have a multisite where not all sites use all dimensions, the sitemap.xml reference in the robots.txt gets rendered anyways.

Expected Behavior

Only sitemaps of dimensions with content should get rendered.

Sitemap: https://domain.de/sitemap.xml # default language
Sitemap: https://domain.de/en/sitemap.xml # en language

Actual Behavior

A sitemap link for all configured dimensions get rendered, independent of the content.

Sitemap: https://domain.de/en/sitemap.xml # en language
Sitemap: https://domain.de/sitemap.xml # unused language of this site (e.g. nl) with no content
