BUG: Site creation dialogue disappears too early

Current behavior:

When a user creates a new site the three instructions for importing a new site are displayed in three rows. Imediately after the running the first command the whole site import is shown as resolved. Users cannot import the content easily since the commands for that are not shown anymore.

Expected behavior:

Commands are shown until the user has imported the content and all three commands are run.

that was especially problematic because of the multiple steps involved. With neos/neos-development-collection#5307 this is no longer a problem. I updated the setup ;)
