Ports should be allocated dynamically without prior assumption.
Currently PeerStreamer-ng assumes it can manages ports starting from 6000.
Work has been done for the engine.

TODO:

  • merge engine enhancement branch
  • make RTP chunkiser to assign ports dynamically asking for free ports to OS
  • make PS-ng lanunching RTP de-chunkiser on free ports (asking for free ports to OS)
  • change PS-ng such that it handles the previous modules
