Add a filter or menu to view peers that haven't updated

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
No. This only adds a filter category. I want to be able to see only the peers that haven't updated Netbird to the latest version.

Describe the solution you'd like
Maybe by adding a new filter on the dashboard page called 'Needs Update' or something similar, and after we click on that filter, all peers that haven't updated to the latest version will immediately appear.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Additionally, it might be possible to add a new menu to view peers that haven't updated, and in that menu, we could trigger the Netbird client to perform an update.
