Message queue is full / set ICE to active connection

Describe the problem

I am running a self-hosted server and connecting to it from a client. My IP is routed through a public VPN, but then the self-hosted server logs show:

Message queue is full
client/internal/peer/conn.go:328: set ICE to active connection
Additionally, my internet slows down significantly.

I am using the latest version.
