  • no color in heatmap?
  • separate LL & RR?
  • make caption over/under instead of L/R
  • add 2 additional statistics to panel 7: ipsi/contra and L/R (and convert to jittered scatter plots).
  • consider a few more metrics in there, eg, # of all weights, max degree, 1st eigenvalue, scan stat, etc.

@dmannan draft a little report listing the QA that we generate for each modality, fMRI and dMRI,
be sure to explicitly compare them.

note that the "images" of the brain will be removed as files in QC, and instead we will store a link.
