getting Slim application Error on Qnap

I am trying to make AIO work on my QNAP and so I have tried several different combinations of my docker compose on QNAP and eventually I got to the page that the containers were running. I had to restart again because I had some issues and since then I keep getting "Slim Application Error" and I cannot understand where the issue is. I have followed all the steps in: https://github.com/nextcloud/all-in-one#how-to-properly-reset-the-instance to make sure that I remove the container properly but I am still getting the slim application error. If I look at the nextcloud mastercontainer log I see:
