Hi,

When I search in LOINC, I get also result for LOINC parts, which are not part of normative LOINC and must not be used for coding e.g. in our data integration center. Is there a possibility to skip these from be shown to the user?

The Workbench uses terminologies from SemLookP and is only requesting metadata of those resources. In SemLookP we are using the Bioportal LOINC resource.

Could you be a bit more specific? - What are the parts that are not part of the normative LOINC and do you know of a way to filter them?

Of course there is a use case for everything, but if you want to annotate with LOINC, you usually constrain to the LOINC classes, not the LOINC parts. Parts start with "LP" and LOINC codes start with a digit.

Found a quick fix to constrain to LOINC classes for annotation.
