Usage with NixOS Anywhere

Hi all, first off love the project!

I'm running into using the nixos server module when doing a new install on a fresh Hetzner box using nixos-anywhere. Its seems a lot of features exposed by this module break the initial rebuild. I'm currently able to work around this by first deploying my configuration with no srvos modules, then sshing into the box and running a nixos rebuild with my config.

I still a bit of a nix newbie. I assume I'm doing something wrong though I'm not sure if there are behaviors I need to tweak on the side of srvos or nixos-anywhere. Can yall provide any guidance on how to approach this? My end goal is to be able to define a series of hosts that I'll then create and deploy via terraform without needing to do any of these adhoc tweaks.

Probably the hostname check that will be fixed by #601?

Yeah that reads like this issue. I'll try making some local changes to confirm.

I pulled that commit in and deployed a new system with it so that change will address this.
