Maybe you think this is opinionated, but the tag pages say "oldest on top" while I would really like to see the newest posts first, because I am much more likely to care about these

All articles tagged with software (sorted by last update, oldest on top):

AFAIR, I thought about that a long time. Somehow, I decided to follow the "oldest first" approach. I totally get why people would prefer it in reverse, having newest postings on top.

Maybe I'll re-think my decision again.
