[feature] config screen dark theme

I would like an option on VivaldiFox that makes the config screen dark-themed.

I do have Dark Reader installed, and having the background of the config page be bright white is jarring. It also does not help that it runs on a protected page, which restricts both Dark Reader and Stylus from being able to do anything about it.
